Monasterium Imperi's 'Mechanticles' was inspired by Adeptus Mechanicus & Dark Mechanicum lore

"Mechanticles", the latest opus by Monasterium Imperi, plunges listeners into a realm of unrelenting tech-religious world and vast industrial landscape. The album's atmosphere is conjured by the haunting presence of distorted choirs and chants, echoing the cryptic incantations of Techpriests as they commune with the Ark-technology. The soundscape is a cold, metallic expanse, punctuated by the ominous hum of machinery evoking the grimdark post-apocalyptic atmosphere. As the mechanical heartbeat of the futuristic monastic order pulses through the tracks, the listener is drawn into a world of rusting machinery, mega church-factories, and gothic temples, where the boundaries between flesh and steel are blurred. This is a journey to the era where humanity's last spiritual remnants cling to existence amidst the rusting hulks of ancient machinery.

Mainly inspired by the Warhammer 40k universe's Adeptus Mechanicus & Dark Mechanicum lore, but transmuted through a personal output that goes beyond it and sears the core of a tech-religious society that may come to age.

Certain tracks are a different take on some previous works, heavily distorted, glitched and re-mixed.
